Tourism Bay of Plenty have making waves with a new food strategy for our region, and the Flavours of Plenty Festival is a very tangible part of that.

Celebrating the Bay’s Plentiful Produce, the events and hospitality community alongside local producers can submit events to sit within a 10 day festival, that we promote to the masses.

In its pilot year, the festival has huge reach and attracted nearly a million dollars of value in advertising for the region. With over 16 events (and operating under the Orange Covid Level) the festival has huge growth, and truly does benefit everyone it touches - from the producer, to the attendee.

Acting as Festival Director, it’s an amazing project to be part of.

Tauranga City Council are undergoing a project to revitalise and invigorate the Tauranga CBD through events and activations.
Whether that is celebrating what is already going on, or adding to it through activating new ideas and spaces - we’re keen to showcase and celebrate what an amazing CBD and event programme Tauranga has to offer over the coming months.

Rebel Female was brought on to event manage and oversee a Winter programme of Concerts on Coronet Peak and the Remarkables. This season included the likes of Hilltop Hoods, Katchafire, First Base and a four day festival called Snowmachine.

We pulled together a small team of industry experts in delivery and production, and set off to create an amazing season of music and entertainment for the mountains.

Either contracting, negotiating and advancing shows that the mountain is producing themselves, or being the conduit between concert promoters and ski mountains, we pulled on our experience in the industry to ensure everything worked as it should.

And it’s been a great season for everyone involved.

We have been attempting to bring NZ’s first E-Bike festival to Arrowtown for some time now (thank you, Covid) - and are now in the final throws of it being produced in 2022.

Curated trails that are themed with wine, food, gin, beer and bird watching will take you through some known and some very unknown trails in the beautiful Arrowtown landscapes. A very lovely festival that we’re sure will be celebrated in New Zealand for some time.
