I run workshops that facilitate companies to identify gaps and create or strengthen strategies. Once my work with the company is complete, the execution of that work is no longer my remit or responsibility and I cannot be held accountable for their actions.
I’m often asked to draft policy for companies that are not my own. Those policies are adopted and executed by the commissioning company and not Rebel Female, therefore I am not responsible for those policies being upheld.
If my services are engaged to event manage your event, critical decisions will always be upwardly managed to the event owner and therefore, those decisions are the responsibility of the event owner and Rebel Female is simply there to safely manage those decisions.
